Google reviews

Owner: Settings → Google reviews → Connect Google reviews, then pick your business location.
Your star average and new reviews show on the Day board. The owner gets a text for any review of 3 stars or less.
Each review is matched to the customer who probably left it (a guess you can clear).
Replies: TotalBay drafts one, you edit it, and it only posts when you press Post.

Google doesn't let businesses delete reviews. You can report one that breaks Google's rules from your Google Business Profile.
