Free trial for beta shops
A card is required at signup. After you set your admin password, TotalBay asks you to add a card through Stripe's secure checkout. Your shop opens once the card is on file. Nothing is charged that day.
The trial is free for 30 days, counted from the day you add your card.
On day 25 we email the shop owner a reminder that billing is about to start.
Billing starts automatically on day 31: the card is charged $249 (plus add-ons) and then every month after that, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
In exchange for the trial we ask for honest feedback and, if you like TotalBay, a short testimonial.
See or cancel your subscription
Sign in as the admin and open Settings → TotalBay subscription. It shows when your free trial ends or when your plan renews.
Press Cancel subscription and type CANCEL. After the trial, you keep TotalBay until the end of the month you already paid for. There are no refunds for past or partial months.
Changed your mind? Press Keep my subscription before that date.
