Roles: the Shop is the controller (business) for its customers' personal information; Fastbay Automotive (TotalBay) processes it on the Shop's behalf as a processor (service provider).
Instructions: we process Shop Data only to provide TotalBay as the Shop configures it, to secure and back it up, to provide support, and as required by law.
Confidentiality: people with access to Shop Data are bound to keep it confidential and access it only when needed (for example, support requested by the Shop).
Sub-processors: hosting/storage, SMS and voice, email, AI model, and payment providers, used only for their function. We will keep a current list available on request and give notice of material changes.
